Conducting meetings and workshops effectively

Managers enhance the way they prepare and conduct participative meetings .They  learn how to keep meetings focused and on track and how to produce high quality decisions and results.

Project management

This step by step approach is designed to help project managers define a project, plan it, implement it and track the results. They gain confidence in managing the project team as well as cooperating effectively with the various stakeholders involved in a project.
