Step 1: Defining the objectives
I interview the team leader to define the desired outcomes of the team-building. We determine the main challenges that the team faces, the needs for improvement and we define specific goals associated with observable and measurable indicators.
Step 2: Team-building process
The sessions allow the team to work concretely on the specific challenges it faces. Various activities promote reflection about how to enhance team-performance
Step 3: Review and lessons learned
At the end of the team-building, we review the process and measure the degree of achievement of the objectives. An action plan and recommendations about how to continue the process that is initiated will enable the team to remain in a dynamic of change and continuous progress.
