Executive Group Coaching

Executive group coaching is a cost effective alternative to individual coaching: it allows individualized leadership development in a group setting. It is a modern approach best suited for companies that would like to benefit from coaching tools on a larger scale. Each participant sets individual goals, develops an action plan to increase his performance and that of his own team. Together we monitor progress toward the achievement of those goals.

How does group coaching work?

A small group of executives with similar backgrounds or issues gets on a conference call or meet in person to discuss issues they have in common. We brainstorm solutions and help each individual to move to the next level of success. Every member feels connected to a highly supportive team, which helps everyone progress more easily and rapidly than on their own.

As a coach I facilitate the conversation and offer coaching at the appropriate time, making sure that the group stays solution-orientated.

For whom is group coaching appropriate?

This approach works for groups of 6 to 8 executives from a specific company or from different non competing companies, who are interested in sharing best-practices with their peers and experiment coaching in a group environment.
