About Claudia Gonzalez

Claudia has over 15 years of experience in the field of leadership training and development. She focuses on helping managers and leaders improve their performance and build on their successes. She helps them to use their strengths in order to bring the best possible contribution to the company they work in.

Claudia speaks French, German, and English fluently and is pleased to give training and coaching in those three languages.

Every year Claudia continues her own development and attends training herself in the USA, Germany and Switzerland, to make sure that she keeps up with the most up to date information that she believes will help her clients. Thanks to these trainings Claudia has had the pleasure to network with consultants in the USA, Germany, France, England and Canada. Being in contact with experts in different countries not only broadens her perspective but helps her keep abreast of the trends and regularly increases her repertoire of training tools.
Qualifications:

• Diploma for training managers
• Diploma for corporate trainers : best result of the exams in 2004 in Switzerland
• Training in coaching and teambuilding, systemic approach
• Moderation of large group processes: Future Search Conference, Real Time Strategic Change
• Studies of psychology and communication at University of Northern Colorado – 2 semesters
• Bachelor of Arts – University of Lausanne : German, English and Political Science
